About this experience

POME is excited to be back with The Museum of Living Art! The night aims to showcase multiple performance art disciplines with a focus on sensual and erotic art delivered through burlesque, dance and cultural art forms, photography and multimedia, by artists of all genders and identifications.

The performers: Amla is a classically trained flautist, violinist and vocalist who performs regularly around the Melbourne circuit specialising in world music, classical, jazz, folk and improvisation.

Gina Stirling puts the 'G' in 'G Spot' and reveals herself as a political, radical, queer, self-loving act. Gina explores classic, neo and cabaret styles, infusing them into a sensual, lusty cocktail. Gina has been performing internationally in burlesque, cabaret and musical theatre for over a decade. As well as being a performer, Gina is a freelance life model and a dance instructor at Bottoms Up! Burlesque and Pole Brunswick. She is extremely passionate about body confidence, sexual empowerment and seeing her students flourish through dance. Feast your eyes on this Femme Fatale as she allures her audiences from far and wide.

Growing up in a midst of leotard wedgies, head-ache inducing ballet buns of ballet and flared pant high kicks of technical jazz, the stage is the second home of Juniper Fox. She has surrounded by performance her whole life, evolving into a multi-skilled performer, from cutting shapes at Gold Coast Dance Eisteddfod 2005 to gallivanting around Melbourne’s burlesque scene. It seemed inevitable though that the obsession with perfect lines, technique and taking her clothes off would eventually land her into burlesque! It’s your favourite dance degree drop out: Juniper Fox.

Introducing the daughter of the moon, Evana De Lune. This self-proclaimed lizard queen was created for the sheer purpose of your viewing pleasure. As a former classically trained dancer, her fetishes for the finer things in life thrusted her towards the rhinestoned art of burlesque. Evana is here to remind you of your deepest desires and bring completeness to your cravings. This glameleon will show you how naturally she can shed her clothes, as if it were her own skin.

Bar opens: 5pm Doors: 7pm
