Burlesque 101 Workshop

Time:

12:30pm - 2:00pm 

Class Description:

Have you ever wanted to try burlesque but don't know where to start?

Look no further than Burlesque 101! This introductory course will help you build some foundational skills and briefly dive into the vast history of burlesque.

Skills covered:

• Classic Bumps, Grinds & Shimmies
• Showgirl Stance
• Simple Striptease
• Glove Peels
• How to Strut like a Classic Burlesque Queen

Suitable for all genders with no experience needed!

Equipment:

Please bring a pen & paper/notebook to take notes.

Dress Code:

Students should wear anything comfortable to dance in, leggings, singlet, or shorts. Dance heels are recommended for this class.

Fetish Workshop

Time:

2:15pm - 3:45pm

Class Description:

Have you ever wanted to spice up your life and incorporate kink into your stage performances?

This sex-positive class will take you on a voyeuristic adventure of pleasure and sensual movement. This workshop will teach you about different aspects of fetishism and how you can explore them with an audience. Whether you prefer a dominant or submissive role, this erotic striptease course will cater for all preferences. Fetish will allow you to explore your sensuality in a sex-positive environment through movement and costuming elements.

Please bring a pen & paper/notebook to take notes. In addition, students should have a prop for the workshop. Props include canes, whips, paddles, hobble belts, riding crops, rope, and ticklers.

Metalesque Workshop

Time:

4:00pm - 5:30pm

Class Description:

Looking to unleash your inner sex demon? Metalesque explores the darker, heavier side of the art form.

Thrash around in this group routine which includes big heels, guitar slams and head bangs! Learn how to move seductively to heavier stylings by exploring erotic floor work, fast choreography and a don't F*** with me attitude.

Skills covered:

• Chorography and striptease to a metal track
• Head banging and mosh moves
• Fierce stage presence
• Erotic floorwork
